Special filler in the form of small pyramids and cones and our products are filled up to the reel of tumbling and we switch it on for 40 minutes. The filler looks so-
Water is pumped into the drum with special shampoo ,so the tumbling is called wet. After finishing it we should catch grind details. They look as almost ready.
Then we dry them. After that is dry tumbling. There are two stages of it: firstly it is wooden cubes for 1,5 hours. They look so-
And then we catch our products and change the filler to the roughly processed nut (it looks like sand)-
Again we put it for 1 hour. Of course we should not forget to add polishing paste there. Then we catch everything again and wash at ultrasonic bath.
It is ready!
