Some pieces of advice about materials.
• It isn't necessary to buy a lack of beads . It's enough to have 20-30 beads for one leaf. Spin many different leaves.
• Leather should not be very rigid, but dense enough. I don't recommend you to use unnatural leather.

You need some tools
• Needle for beads number 12 and number 15
• Sewing needle
• Round-nose pliers
• Flat- nose pliers
• Nippers
• Pricker or knitting spoke
• Threads , scaffold or fireline

The description

The photos are concerned to the description of the pendant.
Draw two ordinary axial lines perpendicularly on the obverse. I use tambour for convenience of an embroidery.

Then you should puncture the leather with pricker on a vertical line at the distance of about 1,5 cm.

After a mesh ball should be placed on the pin with paste.

You should cut the end of a pin with nippers in such a way to have about 12 mm of a pin at obverse.

Twist the pin into a double ring with round-nose pliers, then bend it vertically to leather.

Fix one more ball at the distance of 0,5 cm from the previous one. Make 4 sm of ndebele chain from Bead number 15. You this you should gather 4 beads.

Then pass again through the first and second bead, leaving the edge of thread free 12-15 cm.

Gather two more beads and pass into the third dead up to down.

Then pass through the second and third from newly added.

Always gather 2 beads, passing through two beads of the previous row, pass up through one added and again gather 2 beads. You will have a ndebele chain on 2 beads by this principle.

When the chain is ready, both its ends you should sew as an eyelet at the centre of pendant.

You can make some such chains for the middle and side parts of the pendant.
To make stamens you should gather 10 beads number 11, one round bead 6 mm in diameter and one more bead number 11 on a dense scaffold or a jeweller rope. Pass back through a round bead and 10 beads. Fix it at the centre of the pendent. Make two more stamens similarly.

Fix the third ball with paste in such a way to have a symmetrical triangle from balls.

The leaves
Make 8-12 different leaves from Delica beads, Beads number 11 and 15 by mosaic weaving. Fix one stop-bead, passing through it for some times not puncturing thread to remove it later. Gather 11 beads of Del and pass into the bead number 9 in opposite direction ( scheme number 2) for Delica.

The principal of mosaic weaving is you should spin one bead and miss another one.

Further you can spin follow the schemes of different colour combinations and sizes.

The scheme of variants of mosaic leave, it is made of beads number 15

The scheme of variants of leaves made of beads number 11

Before tightening of threads the leave looks not very accurate.

After that you should spin short ndebele stamen 1-2 cm in length.
Allocate the mosaic leaves, stamens, ndebele loops and bronze pendants and branches.

Now it is a culmination moment. Don't be afraid! "The hedgehogs" look uglier at the photo, than in reality.
A piece of advice:
• Allocate the leaves as you want and make a photo of them.
• It is better to place large leaves from below, small ones from beads number 15 and stamens on the top.
• It is not necessary to follow schemes to make leaves, you can spin your own ones and use them.
• To sew it as at the photo.

Sew.

My variants of allocation are shown at the first photos.
Decorate the pendant with round beads and drops.
A piece of advice:
• It's better to sew Anna Bronze pendant from below with strong double thread.
• Before sewing the leaves from beads it is better to puncture leather at this place with a needle.
• Use short beads needle .
• Watch not to crumple the leather.

The edge
Leather should be cut on the shape of oval accurately. Be very careful not to cut threads.

The pendent with drops
You should twist the second edge of the pin into a double ring with round-nose pliers to make a double ring and a loop on a hook perpendicularly to each other.

A pin should be sewn to the leather on the central line below.

Put a drop on the pin, bend the pin on the 90 degrees angle.

Cut the pin with nippers so the length of the edge will be 8 mm.Bend the end of the pin into a loop and hang it on a chain. Hang another drops on the same way.

Suspend a round bead instead of a drop.

The loop for the pendant
If you create a pendant, you should make a loop for a string. To do it you should take 5 beads number 11, pass into the third bead and spin mosaic (gather 1 bead and miss another one ). Spin 10 rows mosaic.

Draw the central line at the edge of leather,

Sew a loop on the central line on the top of the pendant and close it in the ring.

Closed ring should have the same diameter as the plait you use. If need you can continue to spin it or remove some rows.

How to close up the edge
Strengthen the pendent with bonded area paper and glue, leave a space of 3 mm from the edge

Match the central lines on leather rags, glue leather to a paper on the centre.

Make an edge. Fix the thread inside the edge and pass it outside ,leave a space of 1 mm from the edge.

Gather 2 beads number 11 and stick them near (at the side with leaves) on space of 2 beads from previous stitch, puncturing both lays. Leave the space of 1 mm also.

Иглу вывести из второй бисерины со стороны кожи наружу. Набрать еще одну бисерину. Отступить на расстояние одной бисеринки, проколоть оба куска кожи, отступив от края 1 мм.

Pass the needle from the last gathered bead from the side of leather outside. Make the rest of edge round the same way. When pass the last bead, pass into the first bead and make a stitch. Then the first bead will be right in the row. Hide the thread.

Put a knitting plait or a chain into a loop. If you make a brooch, you need to sew a clasp.

The clasp for the brooch
Sew a metal basis of the brooch to leather at the center symmetrically.

The second piece of leather put accurately to the brooch reverse to reverse and make cuts for needle of the brooch carefully. Cut an oval from leather with an allowance 1 mm on the edge from the upper oval. Remove the lower leather accurately, strengthen the brooch with bonded area paper and glue, leave 3mm from the edge. The second piece of leather should be pasted to the paper at the centre. Then make a closing up of the edge as it is shown for the pendent. Take a chain and Put a drop on the hook.

It is ready!

It is an easier (and brighter ) variant of the pendant "Three Nuts"
